Why so slow or no response? Even though all of my plugins are up to date, I just repurchased my license. I thought repurchasing a support license would accelerate the support teams problem solving teams problem solving. While I’ve been able to figure any of my issues my self, my site still has configuration problems that I really need assistance on. I was just wondering if they were on vacation or something? Sorry, not trying to call anyone out, but some of our lively hoods depend on creating working websites. Every day that goes by means that I have to answer to my customer why I can’t fix their site.
