When we add the plugin, it updates as if it's WP Virtual Reality (WPVR)

We have been using WPVR for years… It’s awesome.

Now we’re adding it to our development site which is a multisite.

See the images to see what happens.

It uploads… When we look at the plugin info it shows WP Virtual Reality
When we update the plugin it adds WP Virtual Reality
